A full moon occurs when the moon is fully illuminated at the peak of its cycle. It holds significance across various cultures and traditions, often associated with themes of clarity, illumination, and transformation.
On the other hand, the new moon is the first phase in the lunar cycle, when the moon is positioned between the Earth and the sun, with its illuminated side facing away from Earth, making it appear nearly invisible in the night sky.
The full moon holds profound importance as a symbol of achieved potential. In spiritual and holistic practices, the full moon is revered for its ability to amplify energy and facilitate inner growth. It offers a potent opportunity for introspection, release, and manifestation, inviting individuals to align with their deepest intentions and desires.
Symbolically, the new moon represents beginnings, potential, and fresh starts. It marks the start of the lunar cycle and is often associated with themes of introspection, intention setting, and planting seeds for the future.
Inara’s Full Moon Circles encompass a blend of holistic practices aimed at fostering inner harmony and connection. These circles typically incorporate elements such as creative arts therapy, breathing exercises, yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing.
Inara’s New Moon Circles are all about manifesting and preparing for new beginnings. Through rituals like reflective journaling, intention setting, guided visualization, breath-work, gentle movement, and other forms of expression, participants align with the new moon’s energy to clarify intentions, release old patterns, and invite fresh opportunities.
At our Women’s Circles, we provide a safe space for women to express themselves and benefit from the experiences of others. Our circles are thematic, with concepts like motherhood, relationships, grief & loss, and parenting all explored.
Through art therapy, guided meditation, open sharing, sound healing, yoga, and other holistic practices, we deliver sessions that are as beneficial as they are cathartic, allowing women to not only feel empowered by the presence of others but more calibrated spiritually as well.
These sessions are more than just discussions; they’re opportunities for women to connect deeply, support one another, and explore different aspects of womanhood in a welcoming environment. Through our holistic tools, participants find solace, gain insights, and build bonds with fellow women, fostering personal growth and empowerment along the way. Celebrate the diversity of the female experience with Inara at one of our Women’s Circles.
